Lakota Tomahawks

Two teams are assigned to operate the stadium when 5 games are scheduled.   Only one team is assigned with a 4 game schedule.   The identified Field Manager (Head Coach in charge) shall determine and delegate all responsibilities.   Board Members will be assigned and on hand to resolve league or administrative issues.

Saturday … it is the responsibility of the Field Manager to make sure buns are picked up at Klostermanns and large bags of ice are purchased.   Check with Dave Baker or Jack Jeffery in advance to determine quantities.   Retain any receipts for reimbursement.
Sunday … only ice will need to be purchased.   Check propane levels for the grills.
It is the responsibility of the Field Manager to assure sufficient people are scheduled to operate the stadium (including open, close and work stations).   Review the Lakota Stadium Procedures document for requirements of opening & closing the stadium.   Sixteen (16) volunteers (adults only) are required at all times to adequately staff the workstations, as follows:

Grill … 4 people   Concessions … 4 people
Field … 4 people … (3 on chains, 1 bouncer)
Press Box … 4 people … (2 spotters, 1 clock, 1 announcer)

At the end of the day, the field must be broken down and all trash must be picked up and placed in the dumpster.
It is required by all players, coaches, cheerleaders and parents to accomplish this.
