Ages

Our speed and agility sessions are for Kindergarten through 6th Grade. The sessions are split so please choose the correct session.

When

Sessions will run through the spring.

Where

All session will be held at the Tomahawks Performance Center.

What

We will be working on strength and agility. The drills will include body weight strength exercises, light weight strength exercises, and various agility and speed drill.

Strength and Agility 4-6 Spr

This program will work on your student athlete's speed and agility. This specific program is for 4th Grade through 6th Grade.
